1. Receive your Insurance Certificate immediately and start your journey with our Welcome Pack
Once your online enrollment has been completed, you will straight away receive your “digital welcome package” including your certificate of insurance, your insurance card, your member’s guide and the general terms and conditions of your contract. Immediately afterwards, you will be able to get your MSH International’s login/password details in order to access all the features of your MSH members' area.
2. Access your account online
By logging in to your member’s area, you will be able to submit your claims online by scanning and attaching your bills, to fill out a precertification request and to check your reimbursements online. You will also have the possibility to request a certificate of insurance or a new insurance card online or to access our global network of healthcare providers, approved by MSH International, and a whole range of health prevention information.
3. Download your MSH mobile application
As soon as you download the MSH mobile app, you will be able to check your reimbursements online and submit your claims by taking a picture of your medical supporting documentation. You will also have the possibility to plan your medical appointments using your health directory or access your healthcare data at any time via the personalized health records. Finally, you can also geolocate nearby healthcare professionals wherever you are in the world.
4. Access to MSH healthcare providers worldwide
Just use your MSH mobile app or member's area to access MSH's extensive medical network of more than 94,700 carefully selected healthcare providers in 169 countries around the world (hospitals, clinics, maternity ...) and a million healthcare providers in the United States (doctors, specialists, hospitals, clinics, maternity ...). Thanks to your MSH card (accessible in physical or digital format) and direct billing, you don't have to pay for hospital and medical fees up front.
5. Get "round the clock" first-class management services
Get first-class 24/7 management service from our 4 regional offices in Calgary, Paris, Dubai and Shanghai, all connected by a unified information system and workflow tool for real-time tracking of your requests .
