An optimal digital experience

The new site,, automatically adjusts to the size of the screen being used (smartphones, tablets and desktops) and provides its users with a more intuitive, informative and personalized MSH digital experience. The site will be immediately available in seven languages (English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch). 

There will be five user profiles: individuals, corporates, international organizations, partners (including insurance professionals) and medical service providers. This allows the new site to be viewed in a way that meets the needs of each of these target groups.

With its powerful search engine, the new MSH site uses the very latest digital communication codes, based on clear, intuitive and predominantly visual browsing.

From the site, it is possible to get a quote and purchase MSH International’s insurance solutions online, with secure online payments and electronic signatures.

Access to an extensive database of practical information on living abroad

From this new site, users have access to a comprehensive overview of the products and services offered by MSH, but also an extensive database of useful information centered around health-related country fact sheets (covering more than 200 countries), insurance advice on international mobility as well as advice on healthcare and well-being abroad. 

Through the numerous FAQs, site users will find the answers to many of their questions and will also be able to discover the many ways in which MSH has helped its clients - individuals, companies and international organizations - deal with the various challenges that international mobility can bring.
