MSH France establishes an international health advisory practice

MSH, a subsidiary of the Diot-Siaci Group, European leader in corporate insurance and reinsurance brokerage, announces the creation of its International Health Advisory practice.

MSH establishes an international health consulting practice dedicated to supporting its multinational clients in managing their health programs for their mobile and expatriate workforces.

Dedicated expertise in international health programme strategy and governance

Through this new International Health Advisory practice, MSH is structuring an offering designed to support multinational companies in the design, implementation and governance of health insurance programmes for expatriate and internationally mobile employees. The initiative forms part of MSH’s strategy to consolidate its long-standing expertise in this segment and provide clients with high-level strategic advice alongside its established health insurance broking and programme administration activities.

An appointment that strengthens the MSH France Executive Committee

Appointed to lead the International Health Advisory practice, Arzu Saleh will also join the MSH France Executive Committee. In this capacity, she will further strengthen internal synergies by delivering a broader, more integrated offering across MSH and the Diot-Siaci Group’s areas of expertise, for the benefit of all clients.

Arzu Saleh brings more than 15 years of technical expertise, initially gained in the French actuarial market at BNP Paribas Cardif and subsequently broadened internationally at Société Générale Assurances–Sogecap, where she helped structure the actuarial oversight of the Group’s international subsidiaries. At Diot-Siaci, she went on to develop strategic expertise in Global Benefits Management, advising major multinational groups.

In her new role, Arzu Saleh will continue to lead the Diot-Siaci Group’s Employee Benefits Community, bringing together international expertise, promoting the sharing of best practices and strengthening synergies to deliver greater value for clients. She will also continue to develop the Group’s international Employee Benefits solutions, including Global Benefits Management (GBM) and International Retirement.

Arzu Saleh has taken up her position on October 1 and reports to Laurent Jumelle, CEO MSH France.
