Service only available to insured members benefiting from the remote data exchange system for their supporting documents. A maximum amount is set for each claim submitted online (Members’ Area or Mobile App);
• Check your reimbursements. View your reimbursement statements in real time, with details of the date of payment, the type of treatment and the amount of reimbursement;
• Notifications: receive automatic notifications to keep you updated on the latest news.

• Geolocate healthcare professionals: find medical providers belonging to our medical network via specific search criteria or directly based on your location;
• Country guides: learn more about your destination’s culture and healthcare system with our country guides. For each country, you also have access to the list of embassies and general information on safety and you can receive real-time alerts classified according to their degree of severity;
• Medical library: read our comprehensive guide showing the common drugs and diseases;
• Insurance card: access your personalized insurance card and that of each of your dependents at any time;
• Health records: save important medical information for you and your family members to always have it with you.
